We had a good experience with Street Smart Storage in Vass. The property is safe and well maintained. Though the office is no longer ‘manned’, it is always easy to get customer service on the phone. The price is good in comparison to other local options. If we need storage again, we will go to Street Smart in Vass. When it was time to move out, I called the main number and Angelo walked me through the process slowly and clearly and was very helpful.
I’ve had my stuff stored here for a year and four months! They changed owners they changed prices. They changed the policies. They changed everything and never told anyone and it was always you owed more money owed more money at 31 days they put on a lien fee of $125 and then after five days they put on a late fee of another $25ish they never contacted me never mailed a letter or anything like they did once before at four months stating they were gonna auction it off if it was not paid. Papricia was super helpful, but this place is absolute garbage. DO NOT use street smart in Vass. I can never get in my unit without a 30 minute phone call and their so called “management” is no existent. Go elsewhere
