Staff was friendly but my favorite thing about the visit is the Dr spoke directly to Amber! I like it when they include her since she is the patient. He listened to her without interrupting her and spoke to her and made her feel comfortable. I would definitely use them again.
I took my son to PedsNow Pooler location. We are new to the area and this is his first time being seen by any doctor/doctor office in GA. We had a Great experience! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, caring and gentle with my son. Thank you so much Everyone, we Really appreciate it!!
I brought my daughter in today to be seen. She was vomiting a couple days ago and had a fever for 2 days. She was also congested and complained about her pee burning. The nurse brought in and weighed her, then attempted to get her vitals. The battery on the machine died so she couldn't accurately check. She said she would try again in a little while. They didn’t listen to my concerns about my daughter and were very dismissive said she just had a viral infection took her to a different urgent care and she has pneumonia. Thank god for my mom intuition I will not be returning.
So love the peds now in hinesville so friendly and caring they do a great job wonderful so better than going to the emergency room…..
