The length of time I took from check-in to discharge was less than an hour. My son was seen immediately. Everyone from the receptionist to the doc was polite and professional. Highly recommend taking your child to the Hinesville location.
I visited when my 2 year old hurt his arm and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were kind from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor. It was fast and easy. Thankful for this place!
The staff were great very nice! I took my son in for his sickle cell issues a lot of places i get nervous because they just don’t understand as they should. but the doctor was awesome and did everything that was needed and best for my son. It felt very comfortable as well and this was are first time. Very good place! Also just took my daughter to the pooler location and amazing as i thought they would be such great people doing what they do best thank you all!!!! I’m disappointed with my experience at PedSnow Pediatric Urgent Care. My son was seen on two separate visits once for RSV and once for strepand both tests came back negative…… Due to his ongoing symptoms, I took him for a second opinion the next day, where he was retested and received accurate results. This raises serious concerns about how tests are being administered and the reliability of the results provided.
