Terrible construction, expensive brand new house started Falling apart within months of building, pedroza construction was hired for the job, house front porch/entrance, garage driveway, basement, all started cracking in less than a year, pedroza construction refuses to honor warranty or fix anything. They will be sued soon.
Great builder, if not one of the best in the area.
Very competitive pricing and I didn’t have to wait a week for the job to be completed. They stripped and re-roof my home in one day. I’ve done a lot Roofing jobs in my 20s so I know how it’s supposed to be done. It’s never a good idea to put shingles over existing shingles. they also replaced some roof decking. The owner is very personable and easy to talk to straightforward and no nonsense.
