Excellent medical team. Unfortunately management is NOT. We were there for a flut vaccine and finished with the bill in the insurance and a copy that have to come out my pocket. All this after I called multiple times prior to the appt to clarify that I can go to Publix pharmacy and CVS were the flut shot is 100% cover by the insurance.The front desk told me that I don't have to pay anything for the flut vaccine, making me go to the office and after we was there they pushed the NP to the room to ask if baby was sick . Excellent service! The staff was very kind, professional, and caring with my child. Highly recommended! Dr. Manuel is a wonderful pediatrician — professional, caring, and so patient with children. I highly recommend him!
