Pedro is a nice guy who shows up on time and does good work. But he is not a man of his word. Our toilet flange was installed improperly (slightly below the height of the tile) 12 years ago. It worked fine until it started leaking from the flange into the crawlspace. Pedro diagnosed the issue quickly, and recommended replacing the flange, which he quoted at $1450.
