They cancelled 2 appointments the day before because they needed referrals for both appointments. Then told me I had to get them. What?? Every doctor I have dealt with has done this for me. For the second appointment it was just to review the MRI results which they informed me they didn't have....who preps your charts?? Loved the doctor but his office people need some training.
I had an excellent experience at this neurosurgery office. From the front desk staff to the surgeon, everyone was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The doctor took the time to explain my condition and treatment options clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. The entire process was smooth, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way.
I needed to have my pain stimulator removed because of a recent cancer diagnosis. I was seen via a tele appt with the PA. They scheduled the removal for the following Friday. Also got a letter stating it was removed pretty quickly. I appreciate everything and the promptness
Yes I had back surgery Thk you Dr. Ramirez for helping get bye with my surgery. I can't complain I really like his personality and respect. He listens to everything I was telling him. I won't change him for any other Surgeron. His office staff are great with their patients.
Very uncooperative. Do not go here. I need my pain stimulator removed because I have a very aggressive and rare colorectal cancer so I can get an MRI on a 3.0 Tesla machine. I understand it is MRI safe, but only on certain machines. The office wants to schedule me 2 weeks out for a consult, then they will schedule a removal further out...I need the MRI now, not in 2 months.
