I had a fusion on L5 to S1 didn't address the lumber lordosis on L2&3.I was wondering why I hurt more after surgery. When I seen him because of the pain after surgery he blue me off didn't tell me my real problem of where the pain was coming from he just operated for money and thought he could get another surgery out of me

Dr. Aguilar, in my experience, did not give me a thorough exam either time I went to him. He barely did any physical exam at all. Dr. Aguilar wasn't very good at explaining what he thought might be going on with me/what the problem might be. All I heard during my first visit, since I had no imaging yet, was that "we can't speculate." He wouldn't even tell me what he thought might be wrong when I was so scared of the possibilities. I have been going to Dr.Aguilar for years. I have always went to his Pittsburgh Office,then when he came to Uniontown I have seen him there also.Dr.Aguilar has done four surgeries on my back.Three of them were to replace a longer rod each time.My back is falling.Dr.Aguilar is the very Best.I have had back problems for thirty years and have seen many other Doctor’s.But,Dr.Aguilar was the only one who helped me.He is a very good Surgeon, he cares about his patients, he takes time to listen to you, and he makes sure you underst... read more
