Dr. Hernández Frau has been taking care of my special needs brother for months now. The professional service and care that my brother receives is the best. He and his staff answer all our questions in detail. Appts are scheduled accordingly and wait time none as a rule. He values his pts time as well as his own. Will continue referring everyone to his office. The fact that they are bilingual is a perk too. Thank you for the care you provide to all your patients and staff. Happy Holidays!

Dr. Hernandez-Frau is a great physician and always takes his time with his patients. The office staff is wonderful. It is nice to have a doctor who cares about your issues and who is also very knowledgeable.
Today i had very bad experience with this doctor. I had an appointment at 09-00 AM. Woman in the front desk called me yesterday and asked me to go at 09-00 AM. That's how i went at 8-45 AM. After going there, i got to know that, i have to reschedule my appointment, as they were expecting me to go at 08-00 AM. The lady who called me as a reminder never told me to come at 8-00 AM. But she started lying when i told her, nobody told me to come at 8-00. I waited for this appointment for 20 days.

It is important for a doctor to listen to a patient and address their concerns. While I have only had an initial appointment with this doctor and his staff, I found him willing to listen and answer questions. I also found the staff friendly and welcoming. Very important to a new patient.
I have seeing Dr Hernandez since 2013 and he’s the most caring Dr I have deal with. He takes his time with the patient, never felt rushed. Always listening to my concerns and trying to do the best to resolve my issues.
He is an excellent professional,he takes his time to explain detail by detail of me condition.But most of all he shows his human features that others don’t.God bless him in his profession.
Dr. Pedro Hernandez-Frau is very attentive to his patients as well as punctual. I love that I don't have to wait past my actual appointment time to be seen. The office staff and doctor are all very organized!
