The doctor was fine. The office staff were unprofessional. I called the office staff to report a change in my daughter's condition and nobody ever got back to us. We ended up having to get in touch with the on call physician. Also when my daughter called several times to inquire about an insurance issue she left messages with Margarita. Nobody ever returned her calls until we asked to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor never contacted us. This shows they do not care about the patients.
