I have been visiting another Podiatrists clinic for years with no relief for my issues. I was referred to Pedorthics by an Orthopaedic surgeon with specific instructions to see Pauline Looi for issues with one of my feet. Pauline examined both feet and prescribed 2 products, one to cure toenail fungus which was just starting and the other to relief issues that I had been having with a callus on the bottom of my foot. Unable to accomodate disabled individuals. So disappointed I'm honestly shocked. If you're an able bodied person with a sports injury go ahead, but if you have any disability or different ability their bracing specialist can't comprehend it. For a hour I was explained items I can't use because they didn't listen Left with a $2k quote and no confidence or guarantees at all for any improvement You guys need to do better for people with severe disabilities. My experience with the Pedorthics staff was excellent. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The staff carefully assessed my feet and explained each step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. They were patient in answering my questions and made sure the I was measured correctly and footwear will fit properly. I injured my l foot in 2025. My family Dr referred my to a specialist. Janice from Pedorthics reached out to me to see if I would be available for an assessment on my injured foot. This information would be shared with the specialist. At my initial assessment with Janice, detailed notes were taken.
