I had a great experience with the owner and Staff with my 2016 F-350 dually. Had transmissions issue, it was diagnosed at Pedley’s. I had an extended warranty from the dealership were I bought the vehicle from. The Staff helped me load the truck on a trailer to get it back To the dealership. I was not charged for any of the diagnostic or help with loading the truck. I would give this place an absolute 0! They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They have no communication skills. And we still don’t have a clue as to what is wrong with our truck and they apparently don’t know how to solve it either. I rather someone just say I don’t know instead of trying to get rich off someone and still not fix the problem. Now that the owner wants to get on my review and lie about what actually happened. Terry is extremely rude. They probably need to find someone else to handle customers. *edit - I find it a little bit humorous that you've just now responded to a four-year-old complaint with very detailed response. How is it that you know so much about a complaint that happened 4 years ago? I cant even remember exactly what happened.
