My experience with PediSource was as follows, a pleasant purchase, pleasant customer service agents and a successful shipping of two pedicure chairs. However, approximately 5 months after the purchase the jet cover broke during use. This deeming the chair "out of order". I contacted PediSource and I was told that particular part was not covered by the 1 year warranty. They redirected me to the manufacturer and a very long story made short.
