We've been going to them for the last 20yrs and will continue to as long as we can. Everyone is extremely nice and love the out of hours dr apps, they've come in handy many times when the kiddos have become ill.
We had a scheduled appointment with them recently and they cancelled on us same day. They then charged us for the appointment. We have a VM of them cancelling the appointment. We asked for them to cancel the charges and they told us no. DNU
Records management here was nonexistent with our family. This problem precedes the Lurie Children's Hospital cyberattack. When visiting, make sure to get a hard copy of each visit summary and keep all of them for transferring to another practice. Do not expect the office to be truthful about whether they will transfer medical files to other, more conveniently-located offices!
