This practice incorrectly billed my insurance which resulted in me being overcharged. I have been trying to reach someone for two weeks regarding this issue and nobody will return my call. Shame on you all.

Edit: since our initial appointment, we’ve had a terrible time with this practice. Evelyn Yurt botched my son’s circumcision by missing a piece of skin, we came back to have her revise and now they are trying to charge us for two separate procedures. Billing us over 5k for a circumcision. Of course we are getting no where with the billing department so ultimately the burden rests with us for Evelyn Yurts screw up. Extremely unprofessional staff. The reception is not welcoming. The nurse was rude. Made me waste my time and money, scheduling an appointment only to call me before the procedure and let me know I’m not in Network. They wouldn’t even give me a refund due to their error. The office manager wouldn’t even speak to me herself to let me know about their mistake. If they can’t even verify insurance properly I would not recommend this place.

I cancelled my appointment over a week ago through the Phresia service this office uses. I had to cancel this way because the office doesn't answer the phone. Today I get an appointment reminder for tomorrow, even though I cancelled the appointment already. I called the office and left messages, even for the office manager. Every extension goes to voicemail and nobody calls back. I tend to choose medical professionals for my child who are easy to get a hold of and don't cause this much drama prior to the first appt.
