My wife asked them multiple times to send the bill to our health plan and they instead sent us to collections. I’m not paying the entire billed amount ($430 for two 3 minute visits with my new born in the hospital) when I should only owe the allowed amount through my health plan. I’d be happy to pay the bill once my health plan processes it.
Absolutely ridiculous. Office staff simply refuse to pass messages to the Doctor we have already seen. I am asking for a piece of paper pertaining to our visit. Specifically Kim has told me she will pass the message 8 times. 3 months later and no response. Now they wont even answer the phone. Beyond frustrating.
