They keep sending me letters telling me they "cannot bill my insurance" because it shows my newborn wasn't covered during that time... Which is absolutely false. Not only have I confirmed with HR and Anthem BCBS that she is covered by MY insurance for 30 days after birth, I've also confirmed that she is on the insurance plan. Their incompetence is astounding. They STILL haven't figured it out. I'm not paying the bill because you can't figure out how to bill my insurance. Do better.
Same as everyone else. They billed me after my daughter was 6 months old. They originally billed me one amount, then eight months later, billed me another additional amount. They refuse to send me an itemized bill for my charges. The customer service representative stated I had to look on my chart.
Same as everyone else, this is 1.5 years after our son was born. Just received a collection call for this company, the collection agent couldn't provide me a phone number or address of Pediatrix. They also provided an old address of ours that we didn't live at for several years before having our son... seems like a scam, but how do I fight it, it seems like the IC System collection agency is legit...maybe... but the Pediatrix seems like a scam
Literally the worst. I have no idea who these doctors even are, we delivered at Christ and I don't remember seeing them. I keep receiving a bill 5x the amount my insurance says I need to pay and they keep sending me to final notice and after over a year it's still not right.
