This company is so petty, they sent a $49 bill to collections after myself and my insurance had already paid them $1,385.86. I thought my hospital bill from giving birth had been taken care of because I had been in frequent communication with the hospital and arranged a payment plan. We have the best plan the market place offers and it still cost us $5,500 out of pocket max for a routine birth. Received decent medical care during my high risk pregnancy, but that was completely outweighed by the fact that this company is clearly incompetent in medical billing and failed to properly bill my insurance for multiple dates of service and referred me to collections for those dates of service. Dealing with their billing department is an absolute nightmare to the extent that I’ve even spoken to someone who finally acknowledged the issues and the errors on my account.
