They didn’t bill my son’s insurance after he was born and sent the bill to a debt collector without sending me any prior notice.
Can't get their billing information right and don't know how to put insurance information in. Waste your time being rude on the phone when they're the ones who can't get right. Both my twins have insurance but they sent me a final notice about paying for my Twin B's birth because apparently they only put the info in for one baby. Total doofuses.
Also had a horrible experience with insurance/billing through this group with our birth. Just awful.
These guys are the worst with billing. Took over a year to send us a bill for (apparent) services rendered during a birth. A YEAR. Then when we paid half and sent a note explaining it was not acceptable to bill us after a year. The next letter they sent was a FINAL NOTICE with the remaining balance. We didn't ask for their services. We didn't even know who they were. They provided services without our consent. Then billed us a year later. Then sent a final notice after only 1 invoice was sent.
