They keep refusing to submit the bill to insurance for some reason and then threaten us with collections. I'm not sure why they don't want to be paid but if they took action any of the 4 times we sent insurance info they could've been paid in the last 10 months.
I cannot get a hold of you people. I have a bill that came to me months after I delivered my baby. I have keep receiving letters with no contact information what so ever my insurance cannot find you either. My hospital can’t help me and provide me with a contact number. I am afraid this bill will just go into collections which is so unfair to me because I am trying to have my insurance pay.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I got a bill 6months after having been in the hospital giving birth. A doctor I didn't even ask for and who literally nothing to do with the delivery came in for literally 5 minutes and felt my baby's stomach. He asked if we had any questions and left. The bill was over $1,000 and that was literally just for that one man! What a way to run a scam! I'm soooo fuming mad! I hate that this is legal for them to do!
