RecommendedGreat doctors, nurses, and NPs. Wouldn't send my kids anywhere else. Front desk help at both Groton and Westford is atrocious, they are rude and entitled and I've had more than one incident spread out over the course of years, to know it was not isolated. I think it is isolated to a few specific people who are clearly unhappy with their employment and probably their life. Rude on the phone to my wife and I regularly, its a fight to get the nurse on the phone, but once past that wall they are fantastic.

RecommendedLots of providers to choose from. Some are great, some are eh. Never had an issue until recently . This problem can be solved very easily with a little transparency. Just changed insurance and this came up as an issue. When you check in at the front desk they hand you two forms back to fill out 1) Hippa 2) The wellness checklist aka as “Developmental screening” by insurance. The second form is billed to insurance. This is the worst office/billing! Do not become a patient here! They will bill you for blinking! Looking for a new pediatrician for my 3 boys ASAP!!
RecommendedI have two daughters 14yrs apart... I couldn’t imagine any other place to send my kids too... Dr. Hiltunen is amazing... their nursing staff has always been prompt with questions or concerns... my children are like their children and I couldn’t be more pleased!!
