In my experience the front desk people and assistants to the doctors have no communication or know what they are doing (ex. One says we cannot help, another person will say it's possible, doctor will give instructions and fd will contradict). 2/3 of my doctors were constantly trying to rush me out after 10 minutes (tbh all drs do this nowadays).
