Terrible heartless staff, I expected better from Boston children hospital. Cold staff with no regard to a human life let alone a minor or baby. It's sad to see them go along with heartless treatment toward patients. Not one staff member was brave enough to call out wrong, they were all bullies about coercing a patient against the patients will in order to receive medical care. They acted like Klaus Schwab. Some of the workers that work in the back are so rude just because of covid they only let 1 person in with the patient and that was my mom who went in with my little brother and i'm a minor and i'm her daughter and they still won't let me in last time that I came here which was the 20th of July they let me in but this time they didn't that's just wrong i'm a minor and i'm not supposed to be alone.
