Poor experience! It was my first time there. I went because my 1 year old fell in the driveway and cracked off half his front tooth. The tooth was super sensitive to temperatures and he wouldn’t bite into any food like he normally does. The area was obviously bothering him. I immediately felt dismissed by the dentist. She came in annoyed. She cut me off mid sentence and was obviously not in the mood to do any interventions. Her response was come back in 3 weeks as if I can keep feeding my child only room temperature soft foo... read more

Took my daughter in for first visit. Was okay. Set up appointment for work to be done and sent her with my mother (I was working). The dentist refused to allow her back with my child and then kicked them out when I called to see what was going on. They proceeded to bill my credit card for the full visit without having done any of the work! I ended up having to dispute the charge and had it returned, but should never have had to do this in the first place. Very poor customer service. Seems the dentist doesn't respect parents ... read more
