Unprofessional behavior. I have had a few appointments with this doctor and paid my bills right away. The wait time was over an hour on each visit. But the reason I am writing this is that she gave me a really hard time getting my daughter’s medical records from her. She said over the phone “you can come over and pick them up right away” but I had to request for an email instead, because I had moved to NY. This lady is the best of the best she has taken care of my kids since they were babies there 2 of them are grown now and one is a teenager and this doctor Is the absolute best pediatrician in the Cleveland area
