Very rude. I tried calling for days and when a lady finally picked up she cut me off and said they aren't taking new patients.
They Hardly ever answer the phone.
I've been visting the Boston Medical Psychiaaty area for almost two years now Ifind the vistors area well kept and clean. The ladies who are behind the reception desk are always friendly and a treat to deal with.I really don't envy their job its a tough area to handle So igive them all two thumbs up
