No common sense with Dr and nurses only the book knowledge
I’ve been a patient at Boston Medical since childhood and have experienced both positive and negative aspects over the years. Recently, when my long-time primary care doctor went on leave, several of my appointments were canceled. I agreed to be reassigned to a new doctor without much thought. Worst medical experience ever!! On so many levels. Drs were far more interested in protecting themselves legally than helping me imo.
