Went in to get my daughter seen. They have a sign on the door stating they are closed from 12-1 for lunch. I walked in at 11:26. They had NO ONE waiting could’ve been a quick in and out visit. My child had been there before as well. Instead, I was told they don’t see walk in after 10:30. I understand that, but if you don’t have it posted how am I, as a paying customer supposed to know that. From Birth, they have loved, cared, and nurtured my son as their own! “TT” Stephanie is a WONDERFUL NP! She is very attentive, competent, and kind. Also, “TT” Leslie is absolutely AMAZING! She is so patient with him especially getting his vital signs. She always give him something to play with. When we come and she hears his name, she automatically comes and love on him and pick him up. They are more just a clinical; they are family !
Our visit was so friendly and welcoming.
