The service at this place has exponentially declined. It is not worth the headache of interacting with incompetent staff or wasting valuable time for the level of service. Dr. Ziari is a great doctor, but her administrative staff is terrible. They regularly overbook & do not have the capacity to see so many patients. Last month, we came in for a visit & had to wait THREE hours to be seen. This pediatric office shows no respect for patient rights or the law. When I asked for my child’s medical record, they refused and gave me false information about state requirements. Ariel, the staff member I spoke with, claimed they only have to keep records for three years. This is simply not true, as pediatric records are generally required to be kept for at least six years.
