Has been seeing my kids since they were born. Love her dearly ! Always there when I need her !
This pediatric office shows no respect for patient rights or the law. When I asked for my child’s medical record, they refused and gave me false information about state requirements. Ariel, the staff member I spoke with, claimed they only have to keep records for three years. This is simply not true, as pediatric records are generally required to be kept for at least six years. I love this practice! The front desk staff (Crystal) goes above & beyond her job description. They have been nothing less than welcoming & inviting, since I have shown interest in bringing my newborn there. The few times I have called with concerns, I would immediately get a response & great results. Dr. Ziari is amazing, she called me personally & suggested how to help my son with an issue & I saw results within a couple hours. They have been so amazing to us & I am so happy I had chosen this practice.
