Hit and miss… physicians are always nice, medical assistants are hit and miss- like today, she definitely doesn’t like her job…. Looked miserable to be here and was so short with my son. This has been my son’s pediatric office for almost 10 years- since birth…. Keep going back and forth on looking for a new office. Drs are very nice when in office but staff have horrible follow up. We had exactly one appointment at this place before switching doctors immediately. Assistant was nasty in person. Called around 4 weeks old bc my newborn baby was projectile vomiting. I was put on hold for 25 minutes twice. A third time when I explain I cannot be put on hold a third time, she snapped “IM IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING.” By the way chat - my baby has GERD and was diagnosed/medicated by another doctor. My autistic son has been a patient at this clinic for 4 years now. We spend more time waiting than actually speaking to a Dr which causes my son to become dysregulated. The Pediatricians usually seem like they’re in a rush therefore not seeming engaged or attentive. I have asked for occupational and speech therapy referrals that have taken quite some time to process and when I finally receive information, the clinics are not accepting new patients. These doctors are so dismissive and rule everything out as "constipation" without any further testing to be done. I recently when it for reproductive issues asked to see a OBGYN, it was like pulling teeth out of them to get a number and was told my periods we're just "really bad" and told I was only constipated. My sister had went as well for stomach issues, they did testing, didn't find anything, again, "no findings" therefore my sister was told she was constipated too.
