Rarely have appointments available when the kids are sick and need seen. Told to go to urgent care instead on multiple occasions. Then was cancelled as a patient for not taking care of a $25 bill! Will gladly find a different doctor that perhaps allows you to take of bills online to avoid these things and has availability.
Dr. Gopal is incredibly approachable and makes every appointment a comfortable experience. I never feel rushed, and he takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He consistently explains medical terms in a way that is easy to understand, breaking them down into simple language. Coming from a different pediatrician office, this one is amazing. They get you in same day if not the next day. Dr Gopal is awesome and the kids love him. He's very knowledgeable and explains things very well. The wait time is less than 20 minutes (at the very most). If Dr. Gopal is for some reason not available, you can see the other pediatrician in this office. She's very nice as well. So glad we changed to here.
