My daughter has been seen since birth and we love every doctor we’ve seen. I can’t say better things about the care she’s received.
I'd give them no stars if I could. My doctor switched location so I was no longer allowed to go to the gig harbor location because they were not taking new patients. my kid has been a patient for 3 years at that location. Staff is so rude. They yell and talk over you and make you feel not welcome at all. They talk to you like they don't even like the job they decided to get. Dont go here. Just awful all around.
Awful. Impossible to schedule appointment. Impossible to reach anyone on your child’s care team. Voicemails go unreturned. If you’re lucky enough to speak with a human, it will only be a receptionist who cannot answer any questions.
I had a horrible experience with this place. One missed allergy appointment and when I called to reschedule the lady that I spoke to was very rude and inconsiderate telling me that I could never be seen there again. Definitely don't recommend!
Unprofessional and rude here … one missed appointment and they’ll never see you again .. WOW … refusing coverage is becoming the norm they’re will surly be more Luigi Mangiones
