I can't believe they are still allowed to be a pediatrician office. The doctor never has appointments. Calling the nursing line is useless. They never pick up. I have been on hold now for 1. When he does see my child, he comes into the room for 10 minutes and asks questions to fill out his online questionnaire and leaves.
Have been a patient for 15 years somehow fell behind on one of my kids called to schedule and they said because it’s been 3 years he’s no longer a patient and won’t be able to be seen until April. All my other kids have been seen recently. We will be moving services for 5 kids soon to be 6
The best pediatrician ever we had. That it's possible more we will put next to dr Apstol name. And no matter where we move we are not change our pediatrician dr Apstol.
Office has refused to take my 16 month old son, stating that Dr. Apostol will only see new borns. Even though it says he is accepting new patients online. The lady who answered the phone also was very rude. She should probably find a new job that doesn't involve speaking with people daily.
