We contracted with them for my son and they were good but their bookkeeping is terrible. We were sent to collections for bills we already paid and proved we paid.
Beyond frustrated with this company...went though the process of everything, had an appointment scheduled only for me to get a call nearly 2 months later to inform me they have to cancel because they're not taking anymore patients. WHY WOULD YOU WAIT 2 MONTHS TO TELL SOMEONE THAT!? That's 2 months of time wasted on getting my son re diagnosed so he now will miss out on more services that are suppose to help him because of this.

We've been with Keystone for over 10 years- highly qualified and caring people from psychologists to behavior therapists. Our son has done so well!
