We are previous patients that have had some appointments scheduled ahead of time, we ended up switching pediatricians a few months ago. Despite calling three different times about no longer being seen there, no one there removed us from the system, so I’m still getting calls that we missed our appointments, another one today, and that I am going to be charged a no show fee.
