I do NOT recommend this place at all. The staff is okay, but I feel they serve a bunch of parents who don’t ask questions and they use that to their advantage to do the bare minimum. I asked them if they pierced ears and they said yes. When the time came, the older blonde nurse made me feel like I was an inconvenience for wanting my child’s ear piercing marks even after she kept making them crooked. Exceptional Pediatric Care – Highly Recommend! I absolutely love this pediatric office! Dr. Barbosa is incredibly knowledgeable—his expertise is like an encyclopedia of medical wisdom. I rarely review but this is outrageous to me. The girl with curly hair & glasses at the reception is extremely rude and disrespectful, cuts me off EVERY SENTENCE, poker face every time we’re there for an appointment which is so depressing to witness honestly. Not asking for a smile but at least be normal around people, I suggest working at a cafeteria or cafe is better for people with her mannerism NOT DR OFFICE.
