Overall I’ve been extremely unimpressed with the care we’ve received at cedars. We’ve had many distressing interactions, however I will highlight our most recent - an appointment that took weeks of calling, waiting and cancellations regarding a possible infection. Since our primary pediatrician never seems to be available we were placed in the “care” of Dr Brown. Dr.Brown seemed unknowledgeable and unwilling to listen to the symptoms we, the parents, observed. Nice and informative doctors. We've seen multiple doctors here along with our regular pediatrician and they've all been great. Would recommend this place for anyone with children. Parking is easy and underground. You do need it validated. There are 2 elevators on one side and an additional on the other side, along with stairs.
Found this place when I was pregnant. I got to go in before and meet my future pediatrician who was friendly, Informative and encourage to ask questions. Since then the staff has always made it easy to schedule appointments and connect me after hours to doctors with answers if I ever got nervous or had emergencies. Very cost effective with my PPO blue shield insurance.
