Normally love going here and the doctors and staff are so sweet. We, my newborn and 2 year old daughter, did however go to our 11 am appointment today and not even get called for up to a half hour. 3 other parents that came in after me got called back as well which was mind blowing. I’ve never waited 30 min to get into a room here so it was unfortunate. We live in sigel Illinois and make the 25 min commute and are always relatively on time or a minute or 2 behind so it’s crushing to have to reschedule with such a commute and... read more
My children have been patients since my oldest was born 14 years ago. We've had mostly great experiences with them, even through staff changes. The staff is friendly, helpful and you can tell they really care about children. Brooke Lema is new and new to us since my 3rd child was born earlier this year. She's been absolutely amazing. She is great with my kids and she really listens. I feel she's extremely knowledgeable and she's been a great help in dealing with certain issues. I can't recommend her or this clinic enough.
