Tengo 15 años llevando a mi hijo el mas grande. Y ahora a mis niños de 3 años y bebe de 9 meses. Pero cada ves mas estan mas groseros los de enfrente de la oficina nunca tienen citas y siempre contestan de malas. Me duele mucho tener que cambiar a mis hijos de doctor porque el doctor es muy bueno pero esta gente y su actitud nomas no y cuando quieren me cambian las citas sin avisar.

I am going to miss Dr. Ramirez. I had to change doctors for my kids. I had been putting up with Ruben’s (front desk/manager) bad attitude, condescending and sarcastic comments for almost 7 years because Dr. Ramirez is good and knows my kids since they were born. But after seeing the reviews and today’s incident over the phone, I’m done. I can’t believe a practice has so many bad reviews about the front desk and Dr. Ramirez doesn’t put a stop to it. Doctor Ramírez is a wonderful DR and person very helpful but because of his staff we will NEVER come back here. He needs to fire his front desk assistance, office manager and front desk reps are extremely RUDE!!!

Great doctor but HORRIBLE staff. Tried to charge me upfront because I didn’t have a physical copy of my insurance (which has never been a policy or a problem) and I took in a urine sample for my daughter and never got a call back with the results and they closed the office early. Her doctors note was only for one day so now I have to keep my daughter home another day and wait to see if they actually tested the sample or I have to go in for her to do another one. I had my third baby with Dr. Amado Ramirez and his a very good Dr I give it 1 stars just for the Dr but not the staff, I couldn't get my baby to get any vaccines and she's gonna be 1 year this month all just because of the staff they always changing my appointments with out letting me know and when I arrive to my appointments the manager and the lady that is always there on the front desk telling me that I was late or that it wasn't the day of my appointment that they didn't have me on the system and of course super rude and... read more
