If your child requires timely, competent care, beware of the pediatrics front desk at this clinic. I am leaving this review to warn other parents about a hostile office culture that actively delays access to medical records. My child required routine but critical lab results to safely monitor a daily medication. The pediatrics front desk delayed releasing these records for 10 days, falsely claiming they didn't have them, even though they had successfully released a different test result from the exact same week. Very kind and professional staff. I never once felt forced to decide something I don’t want. They take great care of my child. With respect for his God given human rights.
Dr Cole is an excellent provider. She cares for all of my children and she’s one of the best pediatricians we’ve seen. All the staff there are so helpful.
