If your child requires timely, competent care, beware of the pediatrics front desk at this clinic. I am leaving this review to warn other parents about a hostile office culture that actively delays access to medical records. My child required routine but critical lab results to safely monitor a daily medication. The pediatrics front desk delayed releasing these records for 10 days, falsely claiming they didn't have them, even though they had successfully released a different test result from the exact same week.
