the best doctor you can bring your child
After 7.5 years of attending PAC- this has been our only pediatric office for our 3 children - I was told by Dr. Ludwicki that "maybe we are incompatible to work together" after I asked a very basic question about the vaccine safety. We had missed an appointment at some point, and my infant son had (I guess make up) shots 1 month ago. I had another routine visit on recently. The doctors are phenomenal. The receptionists can be hard to deal with. For example: I understand their 15 minute policy against tardiness to appointments. For the first time, i arrived at the 15 minute mark, they turned me and my 4 month old baby away, and I’ll take responsibility for that. But the rude apathetic attitude from the receptionist was not professional and felt rather heartless. Moving mountains to get out the door with your baby and driving 35 minutes just to get there and be turned away is hard. I would have a... read more
We've been bringing our children to this pediatric office for over two years now, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. The staff is warm and welcoming, making each visit an stress-free experience for both kids and parents. Dr. Ludwicki and Virginia Barrett are knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly.
