We had a generally positive experience with this pediatric office while we were active patients. However, after informing the office that we were moving to a different location , communication became noticeably difficult. We have not seen any doctor in the new location so it just felt right for me to still call the Woodland Park office since technically, my son is still a patient there. My daughter is a patient of their practice. This practice is probably the best one out of all their locations. The doctors that practice here are very amazing doctors. My daughter is by far the definition of a bad patient because of her fear of doctors and nurses. They are absolutely amazing with her. They listen to my concerns and dont dismiss my opinion at all. The staff handling the phones and front desk are unable to schedule appointments for any of my children due to a technical issue on their end. No one in the office seems able to resolve the problem, and instead, they just complain about every family that walks through the door. It’s nearly impossible to schedule an appointment or get seen.
