i've been to many pediatricians, but this pediatrician was definitely more thorough than all of the rest. They did the eye exam and hearing exam in office and asked numerous questions and the physical exam was extremely Thorough. Julie and Daniela that worked at the front desk are amazing and super friendly and the facility is extremely clean. I will definitely recommend everyone I know.
I don't know if I just got everyone on an off day or what. The office staff were indifferent and the doctor's bedside manner wasn't great. She seemed more concerned with everything, but the issue we came in for. Instead of talking to my child asking him to lean forward or shift or whatever she was just pulling him around and then asking. We came for an ear infection and she grabbed his ear. Pediatrica’s Dr. William Crosby is my granddaughter’s doctor. He is very caring, thoughtful and compassionate. He genuinely cares about her health and wellbeing. These attributes are very hard to find these days in our health care systems. Great office!
