I don't know if I just got everyone on an off day or what. The office staff were indifferent and the doctor's bedside manner wasn't great. She seemed more concerned with everything, but the issue we came in for. Instead of talking to my child asking him to lean forward or shift or whatever she was just pulling him around and then asking. We came for an ear infection and she grabbed his ear. Pediatrica’s Dr. William Crosby is my granddaughter’s doctor. He is very caring, thoughtful and compassionate. He genuinely cares about her health and wellbeing. These attributes are very hard to find these days in our health care systems. Great office!

Dr. Crosby is absolutely wonderful at what he does. I was a little hesitant to go here when our Pediatrician retired and this company took over but I’m so glad I stuck around. You can tell he genuinely wants the best for his patients and listens to all of your concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to do anything, I left feeling relieved, like I have a Dr who cares for my child like I do! The office is spotless, all of the staff were friendly! 10/10 recommend!
William Crosby took the time to answer a thousand questions I had as a first time mom and I am really grateful. Would definitely recommend!
