Truly angered and disappointed by this center. My son was born with a series of 'birthmarks' on his back, groin and leg. Our pediatrician referred him last November (2019) to be seen as he wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any growth issues or pain for my son as he got bigger. Our first visit had to be re-scheduled/postponed due to Covid, and also due to Covid this was virtual - which I understood. If I could give less stars I would!! We sent all my son’s medical records June 2017, including imaging. We were told they still needed more. They had me running around trying to locate imaging for a procedure he had done that the treating physician said they only used for guidance but didn’t keep for records. It is now January 2018 and they still have not reviewed my son’s case!!! Luckily he will finally be 18 soon so we will go to the Mayo Clinic for help.
