Really don’t appreciate the attitude of the person working the phones and scheduling appointments. Totally understand holidays are upon us and hours may be reduced at the clinic, doesn’t mean you need to cop an attitude when informing. Nor do you get to sound annoyed that someone needs their kid to be seen by a doctor more urgently than your stating is available. Pedatrix urology made this stressful experience so much easier on me and my son. Amy was a great help in preparing for operation. Dr. Novak is a component surgeon! I cannot thank yall enough for the compassionate care you gave me and my son the day of operation for the most part! I do suggest more care is given for emotionally pregnant mothers and mental health awareness too. Pediatrix urology is by far the best in San Antonio! The entire staff is so knowledgeable, understanding and sincere. Amy was amazing and made this stressful experience so much easier on me and my son. Dr. Novak is an incredible surgeon! I cannot thank yall enough for the compassionate care you gave my son!
