Dr. Feng and his staff are wonderful! Our 22 month just had surgery yesterday and his staff called this morning to check in to see how our child was doing. When we first went in (to the ER) we were referred to Dr. Feng and his office made sure to contact us and see us immediately after getting discharged. We were very happy with Dr. Feng’s expertise and professionalism.
Dr Feng is very thorough and treated us well. His staff was on point and had great communication with us before and after our appointment.
Almost $100,000 charged for a "Minor Hypospadia Surgery" / Circumcision. Obviously the insurance covered it, but that is still insane when the national average is $5,000 - $15,000.
The staff is so rude. My son was in the Nicu for 3 months so now he can’t have a circumscision in office because of this ridiculous rule to be under a month old . I asked if it’s a law and they say yes . No it isn’t . His Nicu doctor said ask for an exception . His weight was under requirements but now is not . They want to put him under GA after he already had issues with oxygen being a preemie . Why can’t it be the parents choice !?!?!? WORSE PLACE YOU CAN EVER TAKE YOUR KIDS, THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WHEN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPT THEY LIE BOUT THE CONTACT AND JUST LEAVE IT ALONE UNWILLING TO HELP ANY PARENT THERE JUST THERE FOR THE MONEY THWY COULD CARE LESS THEY ALSO.
