Billing department tried to collect $162.53 from me on June 2022 after my Insurance paid on 02/25/2022 with a virtual credit card and office cashed on 03/22/2022. I called billing department and spoke with Brigitte (billing person) I tried to talk to her about the balance but was rude with me and said she couldn't see any payment from my Insurance and to PROOF to her that my insurance had paid it, without trying to find information on her end about what I was saying. Dr. Molitierno was wonderful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He really cares about his patients and has a great bedside manner. He knew exactly how to calm our infant son during a painful procedure. We are very thankful for him.

I was initially referred to Dr. Leavy in January of 2021. His technical expertise was recommended, and we were warned that his bedside manner was not the selling point. That was fine with us, we simply want the best for our child. However, when we spoke with the team in his office, and saw the hospital, we were not satisfied with the level of expertise and professionalism. My experience with Dr. Levi was not good at all. He was insensitive to our situation, fast talking, and constantly talked over my family. He brushed my problem off and made a rushed judgement. He was not sincere, and He said some comments that where not suitable for a child. He prejudged me and my family from the very beginning. I will never use his office again, nor will I refer him to anyone.
