I can't express enough how great the staff and doctor's are here!
Tonight I was getting my 2 year old ready for bed when I noticed his leg was hard, hot, and seemed to be causing him pain. I called the urgent care expecting to leave a message for a doctor on call to call me back but the receptionist answered. I told her what was wrong and she said to bring him in even though they had closed already. I gave this 'urgent' care a second chance and regretted it. I brought my son in with a dislocated elbow and even though we were signed in first a regular patient of hers had an appointment and was seen first. I told the receptionist I expected urgent care services. Within 2 minutes the nurse came out and took us back. I told my frustration to the nurse and she ask Rishi to come back and see him first.
