The worst experience ever, Provider/nurse here are Inexperience and doesn't know how to handle multiple questions and concern when it come to your baby. To all parents, please avoid going to urgent care, they are useless, they are more on consultation not treatments. Instead of wasting time and money to urgent care, please go directly to ER. All time favorite. Always responsive, very sweet nurses, interacts with my son very well, and he even gets a paw patrol sticker! What a nice visit, my son left with big smiles on his face!
Jennifer was caring, extremely thorough, and listened to all our concerns. She correctly diagnosed our daughter with something that was overlooked by a doctor elsewhere. All the nurses and staff were kind and patient with us. Very grateful for our experience here.
