We had our first appointment with Dr. Draa at Pediatric Universe, and I’d say it was a great first experience! The office is very clean, cozy, and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Dr. Draa was amazing! He was very thorough, took the time to listen to all our questions, and answered everything clearly. Dr. Draa was wonderful with my second child. He was gentle, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made both my child and me feel comfortable. I truly appreciated their kind and caring approach, and I highly recommend them to any parent looking for an excellent pediatrician.
I called yesterday about my child blood work. The Doctor sounded grumpy, and didn't even look into the results. He already got paid so he doesn't care. Do your job. My child have been coming here for years...time to find another Doctor.
