Treat you like a number , threaten to remove your child of you miss appointments due to being sick because they don't clean their facility or have sanitizer anywhere. My son got sick after he started therapy there and they used the attendance policy on me when he has the flu .. so that tells you they are scaring parents to bring their sick kids in. The therapist needs time off and is on vacay it won't count against you but if you decide to leave town or vacay it counts against you to miss.
Love pediatric therapy services. My son really enjoys his time here and he is making great strides this is the best of the best. I would just like to add to my review. My son has been at this facility for quite a while now and he has graduated from speech and occupational therapy and these therapist and people on this office have just made such a difference with my son and I want it to be known. They Cancel my appointment for not calling them back????? claim that they left me voicemails. Funny how I got voicemails for other stuff but none from them. I also been emailing someone and completed forms as they requested me to do and they claim they haven’t received nothing. If this is how they are then I’ll happily go somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time.
Little hidden gem! They are so awesome! My son works with Anna who is so patient and so kind. My pediatrician recommended popular places who had months long wait lists. I found this on my own and was scheduled the same week!
